Ordero Voice Agent: an AI that answers your restaurant’s phone
The Voice Agent is what most restaurants come to Ordero for. On every call it:
- Answers at once, in your restaurant’s name, and tells the caller it is an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded.
- Takes the order from your real menu: sizes, toppings, extras and half-and-half pizzas, priced the way you price them.
- Confirms it: pickup or delivery, the caller’s name, then the order read back with the total.
- Sends it over: the order, the call and its transcript land in your Ordero panel when the call ends.
It takes several calls at the same time, so a busy evening does not end in a busy signal. It speaks English, Spanish, Turkish, German, French, Arabic, Korean and Hindi, and switches when the caller does. It knows regulars by their number, knows your opening hours, answers questions from the facts you give it (parking, allergens, catering) and passes the call to your staff whenever a caller asks for a person. It never takes card numbers on the phone.
Ordero Online Order System: your own ordering page
The Online Order System gives your restaurant its own page at ordero.si/yourname, made from your panel in a few minutes. Customers order from your menu, or by chatting with an AI assistant that uses only your dishes and your prices, for pickup or your own delivery. They pay you at pickup or on delivery, so there are no card fees on the page. It is $50 a month, with no commission, and you do not need a Voice Agent plan to use it.
Ordero Mobile: your restaurant’s own app
Ordero Mobile is an iPhone and Android app in your restaurant’s name, logo and colors, published on the App Store and Google Play, with ordering, a loyalty program and offers you can send to your regulars. It is built on the same menu as your phone line and your ordering page, and priced on request.
Ordero Connect: ask your Clover sales anything
Ordero Connect connects to a restaurant’s Clover point of sale, read only, and answers questions like “Analyze my sales for the last 7 days” with real figures and charts, worked out from the restaurant’s own orders. Each question can cover up to about three months of orders, and it can set sales against the local weather. It is $19.99 a month; with an Ordero account you can try it free on sample data first.

Restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, bakeries and delis anywhere in the United States, especially ones that take a lot of orders by phone. Ordero’s local guides cover New Jersey, New York City, Boston and Massachusetts.

What is Ordero?
Ordero is AI software for restaurants in the United States, made by Ordero SI LLC of Austin, Texas. Is Ordero an app?
Ordero is a service you use from a web panel: your orders, calls, menu and settings are all there. It also builds restaurants their own customer app (Ordero Mobile), published in the restaurant’s name.
Does Ordero take a commission on orders?
No. Ordero charges monthly prices and takes no percentage of any order. Payment for the food stays between the restaurant and its customer.
Where is Ordero available?
