Questions from partners
How much do I earn as an Ordero partner?
10% of what each restaurant you bring pays for the Online Order System, and 10% of the net on the Voice Agent, every month. At the Online Order System’s $50 a month, that is $5 a month for each restaurant. On the Voice Agent, a restaurant that pays $500 for the Counter plan in a month, with $240 of call costs, earns you $26 that month.
How long do I earn for?
For as long as the restaurant stays an Ordero customer and pays. There is no end date and no cap on how many restaurants you bring.
What does “net” mean on the Voice Agent?
What the restaurant paid Ordero for the Voice Agent that month (its plan, extra calls and setup), minus what it cost to run its line that month: the minutes of its calls, priced at Ordero’s costs for the voice, the phone line and the AI, and its phone number. A month where the line cost more than it brought in earns nothing on the Voice Agent, and nothing is carried over.
When and how am I paid?
After each month ends, Ordero works out your commission and pays it within 30 days, by bank transfer (ACH), Zelle or PayPal. Your panel shows each month, each restaurant and each payment.
How does Ordero know a restaurant came from me?
Either it signs up through your link, in the same browser within 90 days of opening it, or you added it as a lead in your panel, with its email or phone number, before it signed up. If two partners bring the same restaurant, the link it signed up through counts first, then the partner who added it first.
Do I have to sell, demo or support anything?
No. Introduce the restaurant, and the Ordero team does the demo, the setup, the billing and the support. You are welcome to join the first call.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free, and there is no minimum.
Who can become a partner?
Businesses and people who work with restaurants in the United States, such as POS installers, consultants, agencies and suppliers. We review every application. You sign the partner agreement online when you apply.
What about taxes?
You are paid as an independent partner and are responsible for the taxes on your commission. Before the first payment we ask for a W-9 if you are in the US, or a W-8BEN if you are not.
