Ordero Voice Agent plans

The three plans do the same things. They differ in price, in how many calls a day they include and in the price of each extra call.

Rush$1,000300$0.45

How Ordero counts calls

  • A call of up to 5 minutes counts as one call; a longer call, like a big catering order, counts as two.
  • Each day stands on its own, from midnight to midnight in your restaurant’s time zone.
  • Unused calls do not carry over. A quiet Monday costs nothing extra; a busy Friday over its allowance is billed per call.
  • Extra calls are billed monthly, after the month in which they were made.

A worked example: a pizzeria on the Counter plan

Which plan should you pick?

Count how far over a plan’s daily allowance you go across a month. Moving from Counter to Kitchen adds $250 a month, which pays for about 455 extra calls at $0.55: roughly 15 calls a day over 100, every day. Moving from Kitchen to Rush adds another $250, about 500 extra calls at $0.50, or roughly 17 a day over 225. Below those lines, the smaller plan is cheaper even with its extra calls. Your Ordero panel shows your calls day by day, so you can check after a few weeks.

Setup fee, first month and annual plans

  • Setup: $299, charged once on the day your line goes live (your Activation Date). Waived on annual plans.
  • First month: the first month of a Voice Agent plan is billed at half the plan price.
  • Monthly plans are billed each month in advance from the Activation Date, and renew until you cancel.
  • Annual plans are billed for twelve months in advance, and renew for another twelve months unless either side gives notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.

When you pay, and how to stop

  • Nothing is charged before your Activation Date, and before then either side can end the agreement by email at no cost.
  • Invoices are due within 15 days.
  • Cancel a monthly plan any time by writing to hello@ordero.si; it ends at the end of the billing month you are in.
  • Price changes come with at least 30 days’ notice and apply from your next billing period (for annual plans, from your next renewal).

Online Order System: $50 a month

Your own ordering page at ordero.si/yourname, with an AI chat that takes orders. No setup fee and no commission. Customers pay you at pickup or on delivery, so there are no card fees on the page. It is billed by card each month in advance through Stripe, and you can stop it any time in your panel; the page stays on until the end of the month you paid for. You do not need a Voice Agent plan, but with one, the page and the phone share one menu.

Ordero Connect: $19.99 a month

Ask your Clover sales anything, with answers worked out from your own orders. Billed monthly by Stripe; cancel any time and it stays on until the end of the month you paid for. You can try it free with sample data before you connect your Clover. See Ordero and Clover.

Ordero Mobile: priced on request

Your restaurant’s own iPhone and Android app depends on what you want it to do, so it is quoted for each restaurant. Tell the team about it from ordero.si/start.

What Ordero does not charge

  • No commission or percentage of your orders, on the phone, the page or the app.
  • No per-order fee.
  • No card fees on your ordering page: your customers pay you directly.
  • Nothing for the Voice Agent before your line goes live.
