This notice explains what Ordero SI LLC ("Ordero") collects when you apply to and take part in the Ordero partner program, including your device’s location when you sign, and how we use it.
It covers partners and the people who apply to be partners. How we handle the details of the restaurants you refer is set out in section 8 of the Partner Agreement and in the notices those restaurants receive.
1. What we collect
- Your details: name, email, phone number, and your password, which we store only as a one-way hash.
- Your company: its name and type, website, city, state or country, and what you tell us about how you work with restaurants.
- Payout details: your bank account (account holder, bank, routing and account number), the email or phone number of your Zelle, or your PayPal email. We store them encrypted and show you only their last digits.
- Your signing record: your typed signature; the time of signing by our server’s clock; the version of the documents you were shown and their SHA-256 fingerprints; whether you scrolled to the end; and each step you took while signing up, such as opening the agreement and ticking the box, kept in a tamper-evident log.
- Device and network: IP address, browser and operating system, device type, language, time zone, screen size, and the approximate location our hosting provider derives from your IP address.
- Precise location at signing: when you tick "I have read and agree", your browser asks to share this device’s location. If you allow it, we record the latitude and longitude, the accuracy radius your device reports, and the time of the reading. We ask once, for the signature, and do not follow your location afterwards.
- Partner activity: sign-ins, the links you make and how often they are opened, the leads you register, and the restaurants that sign up through you.
2. Why we collect it
- To review your application and run your partner account.
- To see which restaurants came through you and to work out and pay your commission.
- To verify who signed the agreement and keep reliable evidence of it: who signed, when, on which device and from where. This protects you and us if a signature is ever questioned, and helps us spot fraudulent applications.
- To keep your account secure, to meet our tax and other legal obligations, and to write to you about the program.
3. Location is required to sign online
Signing the Ordero Partner Agreement online requires sharing your device’s location. If you would rather not share it, write to hello@ordero.si and we will arrange another way to sign.
You can withdraw the permission in your browser settings at any time. That does not affect a signature already made.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that host our systems and process data for us (cloud hosting, database and email), under confidentiality obligations; with the bank, Zelle or PayPal, to pay you; with tax authorities where the law requires; with our professional advisers; when the law requires it or to protect our rights, including in a dispute about the agreement; and with a buyer of our business, who would be bound by this notice.
Your company name is shown on the page your partner links open, so the restaurants you send know who referred them.
5. How long we keep it
Partner account information is kept while you are a partner and for as long as commission may be paid on your Referred Customers. Payout details are deleted when you remove them or when your partnership ends and nothing is left to pay. Signing records, and payment and tax records, are kept for as long as the agreement lasts and for 7 years after it ends, then deleted or anonymized.
6. Your choices
You can see and update most of your details in your partner panel. You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@ordero.si. We may keep signing, payment and tax records and other information that the law requires us to keep or that we need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. Security
We protect your information with measures such as encryption in transit, encrypted payout details, hashed passwords, restricted access and tamper-evident signing logs. No system is perfectly secure; tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.
8. Changes and contact
We tell you by email before a material change to this notice takes effect. Questions: hello@ordero.si · Ordero SI LLC, Texas.
